The ground sleeve method is the standard mounting arrangement for our flagpoles. Acme/Lingo ground sleeves are made from 16ga galv steel corrugated pipe. Each sleeve includes a base plate, support plate, lightning ground rod, and centering bars. Foundation sleeves are included with every Acme/Lingo ground mounted flagpole unless otherwise specified.
